See What I Won in December 2017

In my previous post I wrote about Advent competitions, well see what I won in December 2017

I purposely made as few a plans as possible in the beginning of December so I could try and spend as much time as possible Comping to try and win some nice prizes for my family and hopefully some extra Christmas presents too.

With some of the advent competitions already started in November I missed out on a few days which I didn’t worry too much about but this is something to consider next year when advents come around, I need to start planning end of November instead of beginning of December

The Prizes

The Competitions

My favourite win this month was also the highest value prize the Dewalt Power tools and work man kit, we are renovating our house and we can make use of everything and will replace some well used older power tools which are expensive so very pleased to win these

Some of the prizes have yet to arrive which is as expected. The F box which is described to spice up your love life, I’m not sure what exactly it includes but look forward to finding out. The Curvissa surprise present was given to 50 winners in total and until this arrives I have no idea what it will be

The first 2 weeks of the month I spent about 2/3 hours a day entering competitions on and off throughout the day mainly on my mobile phone. However, I seemed to have a lot of my comments marked as spam and notifications were disappearing on Facebook. This seems to be something to do with an update that Facebook had done which a lot of people were affected by and were looking like spam based on the amount of times we were commenting on posts

A Few Issues

I somehow also got round to my maximum likes and follows which is 10,000 for my Facebook account and 5,000 on my Twitter account.  I physically can not like any new companies without un-liking another ones on either account. To go through and unlike pages is time consuming and not something I had time to do over December therefore I only then entered a handful a day after this happened but still checked my notifications periodically throughout the day

If I maintained the volume of competitions I was entering at the beginning I suspect I could have potentially won a further 10 based on the current win ratio BUT there is no exact science to it other than the more you enter the more you win

I did keep entering on Instagram however, these were mainly 12 days of Christmas advents so they were finished within the first 2 weeks

Not expecting to win many prizes in January nor will I be entering as many.  I need to go through and unlike and unfollow pages before I can comp without restrictions
