Focus on one thing:
It’s no secret that a business has a lot of moving parts and that you’ll need to be able to manage a lot of things – especially when just starting out. However, it’s also important to understand that focusing on the main thing that will move your business forward is what really makes the difference, so being able to outsource the rest or at least get clear on the things you don’t need to be doing is going to help you a lot.
