Netflix series which I highly recommend you  in my opinion are the best Netflix series to watch during lockdown

This has taken me many of hours sitting and watching Netflix, and not everyone will enjoy the same series I get that.

This is purely based on my opinion and things I enjoy watching

New series come out on Netflix all the time but at the time of writing this here is what I suggest

I only signed up to Netflix in the middle of the first lockdown last year, as I felt I needed some escape. Prior to that the only TV I really watched was Sky TV

but it works out more expensive to upgrade my package. So I just got Netflix to binge on instead and for £8.99 a month I am very happy

Spending time watching Netflix really helped me cope with being at home for prolonger periods of time

The Best Netflix Series

Emily In Paris

Bridgerton

Selling Sunset

Virgin River

Power

Lupin

The Crown

The Queen’s Gambit

Prison Break

Umbrella Academy

Lucifer

Peaky Blinders

Schitt’s Creek

Ozark

Good Girls

Here are my top 15 right now to get you started. These alone will take up a lot of viewing hours as some have 5 or 6 series.

Some of these series I found I had to watch 2 episodes before I really got into it. This list is in no way order of preference as right now Bridgerton would be in the top spot, i’ve watched it 3 times already.

Another series I did really enjoy was Gossip Girl. Sadly this ended on Netflix at the end of 2020, but I did manage to watch it all again.

Films

Netflix also has films as well as series.

With a huge collection of listings to choose from, I am sure you will find something to suit everyones taste and make that £8.99 worth while.

Personalisation

One thing I absolutely love is how you are suggested other series you might like based on what you have already watched. For this alone you might end up finding something you had never heard of before.

You can create a personal account for each viewer and the recommendations are based on each account.

You can set up as many as five profiles, so everyone who shares an account can have their own personalised recommendations and viewing history.

I’ve watched most of these too. Going to give Ozark a go after reading this as it’s been on my list for a while
