Create A Luxury Spa Experience At Home

We are all spending a lot more time at home this year because of Covid, I have taken to create a luxury spa experience at home

With the help of some Sanctuary Spa products I have managed to take my self care to the next level

With these amazing products I feel I have really been able to take care of myself and my skin

Soak Away

Whether you are a bath or shower person, there is a little piece of indulgence you can take to the bathroom with you. Personally I prefer a bath as I feel it helps me relax that bit more. With working from home I have a lot more time on my hands to treat myself, so a bath is part of my self care routine

Hydrating your skin and taking some time to exfoliate can really make you feel great. The massage stimulation can greatly improve your blood circulation too

Sanctuary Spa have an abundance of body care for you to choose from. Products to suit all skin types and preferences for both baths and showers

Whether you have dry skin, ageing skin or whatever you skin concerns are you will find something for you. If you are short of time and often neglect moisturiser, Sanctuary Spa have a wet skin moisture miracle which you apply while wet

Body butters and creams are all cruelty free, along with their whole range as they are against animal testing

In the winter months especially I find I suffer with dry skin a lot more and I use more moisturiser than normal. I have tried a number of products and I especially love the body butter after a salt scrub soak. I would recommend these 2 together if you suffer with dry skin too

There hasn’t been anything I have tried which I didn’t firstly, love the smell of and secondly love the results

Whether you have your face skin care routine nailed or not, a facial is always very beneficial

A way to remove those dead skin cells and a deeper clean to remove the daily grime

Work in the products to improve circulation and helping to drain the lymphatic nodes. This should leave your skin looking clearer and help give you a wonderful natural glow

Top if all off with a face mask and then a face oil

Light those candles and get that mood music playing in the back ground to really heighten the at home spa experience

Let me know if you have managed to take more time to treat yourself to a at home spa since lockdown started
